Customer Survey

In March, life changed dramatically for everyone. It is also necessitating changes in our everyday operations here at the District.

South Coast Water District is looking at all of our processes to become more efficient. During the next several months, we will have challenges to discuss, such as COVID-19 costs, water reliability considerations, changing to elections by districts, and other essential items. It is vital now more than ever that we communicate clearly and effectively with you.

The District is asking its customers to complete a survey so that we will have up to date information for you.

This information will be used only to communicate effectively with you and will not be shared with any other organizations or businesses.
