STRATEGIC PLAN. South Coast Water District's 2003-2008 Strategic Plan provides the organization with a valuable roadmap for effective implementation of initiatives and solid accountability for results. It was developed in-house with input from an outside consultant on industry trends and best practices. The Board of Directors adopted the plan in November 2003. |

REVISIONS TO THE STRATEGIC PLAN. In 2006-2007, the Board of Directors reviewed the five-year plan for needed updates or changes, particularly in District services and priorities. The Board adopted the revisions on April 26, 2007. |
